I made this video for ProCalm.
Instead of relying on a traditional product demo, I made the video with the trending skeleton explainer format. I wrote the script with Claude, generated every scene in Kling 3.0 and brought everything together in CapCut to create a fast-paced AI explainer that balanced entertainment with clarity.
The client saw a 29% increase in average watch time, a 17% improvement in click-through rate and a creative that outperformed their previous product explainer during campaign testing.

What I like most here is the idea of AI becoming more valuable with time, not just more capable in the moment. If every new note improves how older thoughts are connected and resurfaced, the archive stops being storage and starts becoming product intelligence
