The project began with extensive research into architectural history, craftsmanship, and mascot design using ChatGPT and Claude, which were also used to develop and refine the creative prompts. Galera's signature material was inspired by the timeless beauty of washed terrazzo, referencing traditional Italian craftsmanship and historic masonry techniques. The character was designed and locked using Recraft V4.1 Pro, with numerous iterations until a single, consistent identity was established. Nano Banana Pro was then used within Recraft to maintain character consistency across all visual applications, while Kling 3.0 Pro was used to animate the final scenes, bringing Galera's quiet story to life while preserving the integrity of the original design.
