I built an automated Excel dashboard for a senior living facility to identify residents likely to transition to Assisted Living within the next three months. Staff track weekly status in a 52-week table using Yellow and Red flags, and the dashboard dynamically scans the next thirteen weeks to show only residents with active flags. This gives leadership early visibility for planning and removes the need for manual filtering. The entire solution is formula-driven and requires no macros.
