I built an advanced Compensation Calculator that models how a fixed client fee is distributed between the worker and the agency. It automatically calculates base pay, bonuses, benefits, discretionary funds, and management earnings while keeping total allocation at 100 percent.
The system supports eligibility rules, health insurance adjustments, and dynamic USD–PHP conversion. It ensures that any unallocated balance flows back to the agency, maintaining perfect reconciliation.
The calculator also includes bump logic for progressive pay growth (Start, 3-Month, and 6-Month rates), an interactive summary dashboard, and a contract-ready output for pre-onboarding documentation.

I built an automated Excel dashboard for a senior living facility to identify residents likely to transition to Assisted Living within the next three months. Staff track weekly status in a 52-week table using Yellow and Red flags, and the dashboard dynamically scans the next thirteen weeks to show only residents with active flags. This gives leadership early visibility for planning and removes the need for manual filtering. The entire solution is formula-driven and requires no macros.

The solution calculates percentiles for strength, conditioning and body composition based on gender and age group to ensure fair comparisons. All results feed into an AutoCrat template which creates branded PDF report cards automatically with no manual work. The logic is fully dynamic so age ranges and new columns can be updated without breaking the system.
