Developed a three-table Airtable system to track email management, executive requests, and weekly KPI snapshots. Email Management table captures response times, VIP flags, and escalation status. Executive Requests table tracks turnaround time, complexity, and satisfaction scores per request. Weekly Metrics table consolidates all KPIs weekly: tasks completed, hours saved, completion rate, follow-up compliance rate, and average response time — creating a measurable performance history over time.

Core mechanics
1.) Stars spawn at random x-positions along the top of the screen
2.) Player taps a star to "catch" it (pop/sparkle animation + point sound)
3.) Missed stars (reach bottom) count against a 3-life limit
4.) Speed and spawn rate increase every 10 catches for escalating difficulty
5.) Score counter displayed live on screen
6.) Game over screen shows final score + "play again" tap

Eye Terminal — a keyboard controlled entirely by your eyes.
I built this for anyone who's ever needed to speak but couldn't use their hands or voice — no touch, no mouse, just gaze and a blink.
The entire visual design — landing screen, calibration flow, and keyboard — was built screen-by-screen in Flowstep, iterating on colors, fonts, key sizing, and layout until it felt like a real product, not a mockup.
From there, I connected Flowstep directly to Claude through MCP, pulling the actual designed screens straight out of Flowstep and building the real functional layer on top: live webcam-based gaze tracking, blink detection, calibration logic, and text-to-speech — all wired into the exact design I'd already created. Two tools, one pipeline, from idea to working prototype.
