I am building automated chargeback rebuttal processes using Claude to code Google documents, taking into account available evidence and dispute reason codes as well as the evidence provided by the issuing banks/cardholder
This includes tracking, reporting, and producing rebuttal documents. Since the banks are scanning responses with AI, merchants must use AI to fight AI. The machines are battling it out (in this case, in the server fields in the desert), just like Philip K Dick predicted.

What I did: In this campaign, I utilized direct-response storytelling frameworks (The Soap Opera Sequence) to address complex institutional pain points such as compliance deficits, decentralized MDA reporting, and revenue leakages. By shifting the focus from technical jargon to executive oversight and narrative-driven social proof, the copy handles deep enterprise objections while maintaining a high level of curiosity that drives live demo bookings
