Context
Most of my experience comes from building and operating my own digital systems, not traditional client work.
This was a self-owned project where I handled the website, automation logic, funnel structure, content systems, analytics, and day-to-day operations.
Problem
The system needed to attract users, convert attention, support retention, and stay manageable as it grew.
The main challenges were manual coordination, weak visibility, unclear follow-up logic, and platform structure that needed to support growth without adding operational friction.
My Role
Founder/operator responsible for strategy, execution, testing, maintenance, and optimization.
What I Built
WordPress/CMS structure
Lead capture and conversion paths
Email and follow-up workflows
Campaign tracking
Content and retention systems
Operational processes
Outcome
This project became the foundation for how I approach CRM automation, lead routing, follow-up systems, and conversion-ready WordPress builds today.
It gave me direct experience with the problems businesses face when websites, marketing, automation, and operations are not connected.
