I'd go monochrome entirely on feels, however it does depend what type of audience they pursue, and what that audience expects. First one comes at premium luxury, second one comes at less rigid audience who like to have some fun in what they buy.
I choose top one it feels modern brand but the bottom one was a premium brand great job ❤️❤️🔥🔥

My hypothesis: matching the palette to how users want to feel could encourage them to start. I’d test time to first play and session start rate.

Team Sections: Professional Only or Professional + Personal?
A team section can build trust in different ways.
Version A - Professional. Focuses on the coaches’ professional experience - their expertise, years of practice, and approach to working with clients.
Version B - Professional + Personal. Keeps this information but adds a Weekend Mode with personal photos, interests, and small stories about life outside work.
For a coaching website, both sides matter: expertise shows competence, while personality helps visitors feel a human connection.
