I wanted to make a report on AI that didn’t look like every other report on AI. So no glowing brains and no navy dashboards. I told the story of 2026, the year AI became ordinary, through Renaissance tempera paintings instead.

The hero is my take on Botticelli’s Three Graces, restaged as the report’s verdict: Brilliant (wearing AR glasses), Unreliable (frowning at her phone) and Costly (paying by tap). You enter through an arched window. From there, each chapter pairs one sourced statistic with a scene I painted for it.

It’s independent and short enough to read in one sitting. I did the research, art direction and build myself.

Source-check example (self-initiated, October 22): I compared four statements about SBA resource partners with two official pages. Two could be stated narrowly: SBA lists Small Business Development Centers among its Resource Partners, and SCORE mentors offer area-specific advice at no cost. I held two overstatements: ‘every SBDC training program is free’ (SBA says free or low-cost) and ‘every partner immediately provides funding’ (the page describes counseling and funding recommendations, not that guarantee).
