I turned a messy 8-row synthetic CSV into 5 reviewable master records—without hiding ambiguous matches.
The workflow uses exact-key normalization, duplicate controls, a visible exception queue, a change log and reproducible QA. It is a synthetic process case, not a client result.
I use the same bounded approach for small Excel and CSV repairs: one input, one output and one acceptance check.
