I built an advanced Compensation Calculator that models how a fixed client fee is distributed between the worker and the agency. It automatically calculates base pay, bonuses, benefits, discretionary funds, and management earnings while keeping total allocation at 100 percent.
The system supports eligibility rules, health insurance adjustments, and dynamic USD–PHP conversion. It ensures that any unallocated balance flows back to the agency, maintaining perfect reconciliation.
The calculator also includes bump logic for progressive pay growth (Start, 3-Month, and 6-Month rates), an interactive summary dashboard, and a contract-ready output for pre-onboarding documentation.
