Plotvera is a landlord workspace that brings routine rental-management tasks into one place. It’s designed to make it easier to see the state of a portfolio, follow rent activity, and handle prospective tenants without switching between separate tools.
The app has four main areas:
Overview: An executive snapshot of the portfolio, with links into the workflows.
Landlord HQ: Property and unit information, occupancy and rent status, portfolio metrics, and unit management.
Tenant Portal: A tenant-facing view with rent payment and receipt workflows, plus maintenance issue triage.
Available Units & CRM: Public listings, viewing requests, and a lead pipeline that organizes prospects by affordability qualification.
The purpose is to make the landlord’s work easier to understand and act on: the dashboard surfaces what’s happening, while the focused workflows show what can happen next. Some actions use stored app data; AI-assisted features support tasks such as rent auditing, listing copy, lead qualification, and maintenance triage. Demo simulations are labeled so viewers can distinguish them from live data or AI assistance.
A guided tour helps first-time visitors and judges follow the main areas without needing a separate explanation. Overall, Plotvera demonstrates how a calm, unified workspace can connect property oversight with practical tenant and leasing workflows.
Plotvera is a proof of concept: a demonstration of how landlords could manage rental tasks in one calm, organized workspace. It brings together four areas: an overview of portfolio activity, Landlord HQ for properties and rent status, a Tenant Portal showing payment and receipt workflows, and Available Units & CRM for listings, viewing requests, and lead qualification.
The demo uses sample workflows to show the intended experience, including AI-assisted rent audits, listing copy, lead screening, and maintenance triage. Some actions are simulations, not live payment processing or guaranteed email delivery; the labels in the app help distinguish demo activity from live data and AI assistance.
The purpose of the prototype is to communicate the product idea and explore how the workflows fit together not to claim that every feature is already production-ready. A fully operational version would still need secure landlord accounts and private customer data, real payment and communication integrations, and thorough testing with landlords.
