A while ago, I was working with a client who needed lots of video ads every month. And by "lots," I mean 36 videos, 3 hooks each, 2 formats.
That's 216 files. Every. Single. Month.
Sounds like a lot, but we were ready.
THEN... things got interesting.
40 videos. 5 hooks each. 3 formats. Yep, SIX HUNDRED.
In 2 weeks.
And what did we tell the client? "Pff... two weeks? Easy."
Turns out, I was a little too optimistic🙃
This took us over a month. Not exactly our proudest moment.
But hey, that little disaster pushed us to rethink our workflow.

They help builders and interior designers manage product selections together. The challenge was speaking to both audiences in one video, so we followed a single selection from the designer's spec all the way to the builder's install.
Lots of UI animation, and a client who cared as much about the story as the visuals.
Following one selection from the designer's spec to the builder's install is a smart way to serve two audiences in one story. How did you keep the UI readable on small screens: zoom in on the key fields, or rebuild simpler screens just for the video?
Effect: Bar reveal.
Starting footage: a latte art pour clip from a free-licence stock site (pexels.com). I asked the invideo timeline agent to build a bar reveal with 8 espresso-brown bars that slide away to uncover the pour, then asked for two cream bars like milk streaks, and then a reveal that finishes by 1.5 seconds with a slow push-in. I refined the zoom and position myself in the Inspector. invideo Editor is free to try.
