A logo animation right in the CTA section is an underused moment, since that is exactly where attention needs one more reason to act. Designing in Figma then building the motion in Framer is also the right order, it keeps the easing honest instead of faked in a static mockup. Clean handoff.

It's been 3 years since I started UI Flip and its website was the first one I built in Framer.
It was far from great and an overhaul was way overdue.
I started a new version from scratch earlier this year and it has been on-hold for months, as I wanted to polish it just a little bit more, but this morning I said "f*ck it, just ship it" and hit that "publish" button 🚀
An experiment exploring how to visually communicate design impact through a draggable before/after slider. Built to test the interaction and motion feel of scrubbing between two states of a design, it uses a small format to show transformation at a glance 😊
The compact format is doing a lot of work—the draggable reveal makes the improvement immediately legible, while the consistent card rhythm keeps the comparison easy to scan.
