A promotional video for MerchantSpring - an analytics platform built for e-commerce agencies.
The client initially reached out for a consultation. We discussed the product, its goals, and how the video could be used in marketing. Based on that, we structured the concept and moved into storyboard development, followed by full animation production.
The video was created as a promotional asset, focusing on clearly presenting the product’s value and showcasing its AI-powered capabilities through clean, modern motion design.

Absolute Motion
Locking the storyboard before animation is the checkpoint that saves the budget here - it's much cheaper to argue about beat order and pacing on paper than to redo finished After Effects work once the client realizes the value prop isn't landing in the first few seconds.

Hey Contra, I disappeared for a bit. Not because I stopped caring about design, I just needed a breather 🫂
I continued to work, but couldn't bring myself to post something here. Burnout caught up with me, and honestly that “you’re not good enough” voice doesn’t make a comeback any easier. Funny how you can work hard for years and impostor syndrome still shows up like it pays rent.
But I’m back, easing into it this time. I’ve also been posting some design content on my Insta along the way.
