Restaurant Order & Reservation Management
Restaurants often handle customer orders, reservations, and notifications manually, which can slow down operations during busy hours. This project was developed to automate restaurant order processing and reservation management using Zapier and connected business tools.
The workflow is triggered whenever a customer places an online order or submits a reservation request. After activation, the system automatically sends confirmation emails or SMS notifications to customers while notifying restaurant staff instantly through Slack or Telegram.
Advanced workflow features such as VIP customer tagging, reservation reminders, delivery tracking updates, and loyalty reward notifications were included to create a modern and efficient restaurant automation system designed to improve operational workflow and customer experience.
I built a Google Sheets data analyst in 3 steps, no code required.
Here's how it works:
💬 I ask via WhatsApp: "How much money did the business make between March and June?"
🤖 AI reads the message and checks the Google Sheet
📊 Filters all transactions between March and June
✅ Only counts successfully completed transactions
➕ Adds everything up automatically
