LUMO — Keeper of Lost Light ✨
Some lights aren't meant to disappear.
LUMO is an original mascot created for a fictional universe where every forgotten light—wishes, memories, fireflies, lanterns, shooting stars, and moments of hope—is collected before it's lost forever.
Rather than creating a single cute character, I designed the foundation of an expandable character IP. Every visual element was built around a consistent identity, from the mascot design and custom wordmark to stickers, merchandise, packaging, social content, and collectible applications, ensuring LUMO remains instantly recognizable across every touchpoint.
LUMO's glowing core represents preserved memories, while its luminous wings carry fragments of forgotten light gathered from across the world. Together, they symbolize hope, wonder, and the belief that nothing beautiful is ever truly lost.
This project explores how a single original mascot can evolve into an entire fictional universe with limitless storytelling, collectibles, animation, games, and future brand experiences.

Personality: Gentle, curious, brave, comforting, and quietly adventurous.
Every night, LUMO travels the world collecting forgotten light before it fades forever, protecting the memories and dreams hidden inside every glowing spark.

The expression on Fyah is what sells it, that unimpressed squint paired with the flame hair is such a specific personality choice instead of generic mascot cute. What part of the brief pushed you toward attitude over friendliness for this one?
RORO is a small axolotl-like creature born in the underground world — curious, fearless, and always searching for what lies beyond the next doorway.
Armed with a lantern and endless wonder, RORO travels between dimensions without ever losing itself. That's the whole point.
This is the mascot for RORO — an imaginary t-shirt brand built around one character and infinite worlds.
THE CHARACTER RORO is slate blue with coral-red feathery gills and dark sharp spikes. Slightly mysterious. Slightly mischievous. Completely unafraid. The kind of character you'd recognize on a poster, a sticker, a packaging label, or a tiny thumbnail — and know immediately who it is.
TWO SERIES RORO BRAND:
1. WORLDS — each print places RORO inside a different dimension: ocean depths, crystal caves, alien landscapes, surrealist architecture. The world changes. The character never does.
2. RORO STATES — each print captures RORO mid-adventure: steampunk biker, monster fighter, underground cartographer, volcanic onsen dreamer. One character. Infinite sides.
Together the two series create a brand universe that can expand forever without losing coherence.

Delulo — Guardian of Inner Peace
Delulo is the quiet keeper of a warm, glowing world built entirely out of the boundaries he refuses to break. He's soft, faceless, and utterly nonchalant — nothing gets a rise out of him, not yelling, not chaos, not the world falling apart around him. When outside noise crosses the line, his only response is a flat, disinterested middle finger thrown without breaking stride, because he's too busy tending to what actually matters. Delulo doesn't fight for peace — he simply never negotiates with anything that threatens it, and that quiet refusal is exactly what keeps his world bright.
Built for a hypothetical mindfulness brand.
