I built TuSmo using @Bubble ā a mobile-first local services marketplace for smaller cities.
The app is in Serbian, built for a real local launch.
Providers need an active subscription to be visible and receive job notifications. Clients pay a one-time fee to publish service requests.
Payments are processed via PayPal and directly control visibility inside the app.
Monetization: subscription visibility + paid job posts.

Monetization: Freemium. (Currently Free)
Users can upgrade to paid plans to unlock premium features like custom domains, advanced sections, and enhanced customization. (Coming Soon)
