A year ago, I had a vision.
A month ago, I shared it with the world—or, to be more precise, with one Serbian city of fewer than 200,000 people.
I wasn’t sure how people would respond. Would they trust a new platform? Would they actually use it?
One month later, here’s where we are:

These aren’t just numbers.
Every completed job means someone found the help they needed, and someone else gained a new customer.
Building a marketplace has taught me that writing the code is only one part of the journey. Building trust is the real challenge.
Every piece of feedback, every completed job, and every review helps shape TuSmo App into something better.

I designed a case management system for lawyers, focused on handling deadlines, case tracking, and structured workflows where missing information can have real consequences.
The main challenge was reducing cognitive load while working with complex, sensitive data. I prioritized clear hierarchy, status visibility, and timely notifications so users can quickly understand what requires attention.
The system is intentionally closed — clients cannot freely create accounts but are added and managed by the lawyer. This reflects the real-world relationship and ensures control, trust, and data accuracy.
I also designed structured input flows (cases, hearings, clients) to prevent missing critical information and maintain consistency across the system.
This project strengthened my ability to design for precision and clarity in high-responsibility environments, and to align product decisions with real-world workflows.
