Description In this project, I designed a mobile application where musicians and people interested in music can meet and connect with other musicians in their city. As someone interested in music, working on a project like this has been an idea on my mind for a while. I wanted to develop an app designed specifically for people who don't have music-loving friends around them and continuously practice their instruments alone at home, allowing them to connect with other musicians near their location. Designing this application with Google Stitch was truly fun and wonderful.
How I Used Stitch First, I provided the prompt for the application I wanted and asked it to generate the design. Then, I created variations of the generated design. I exported the design I liked. Using the "Start with your design" feature, I uploaded the code.html and .png files, entered the app prompt again, and requested it to generate. Based on this design, it generated new, similar pages for me. I created new pages directly using commands. I edited some pages using the in-place AI editing feature. For some of the generated pages, I used the missing states feature to create their alternative pages. After creating all the pages, I used the add animation feature to bring the app to life. Then, I selected "create prototype," and Stitch generated the prototype.
Feedback on My Experience Using Stitch This is my first time using Stitch, and I can say that my feedback regarding the application is positive. The results it produces are genuinely high quality. Being able to start not just with direct prompts but also with your existing design or design file, exporting the code and .md files of your designs, exporting to Figma and Google AI Studio, and—with the newly added feature—transferring to platforms like Lovable, Netlify, and Bolt are incredibly useful and time-saving features. Stitch is an excellent platform for bringing the application idea in your mind to life. It is a time-saving platform for application developers and designers. In particular, being able to upload your existing design, upload files with .md and .fig extensions, provide GitHub and website links, and export the design to platforms like Figma, Netlify, and Lovable are highly beneficial, time-saving features. Generating variations of designs, the missing states feature, and adding animations make the application much more practical. The add animation feature, in particular, was one I liked very much. Being able to easily add animations to pages is truly wonderful and a massive time-saver. Editing pages with in-place AI adjustments is also a handy feature, but having a manual editing feature for minor tweaks would be great too. For example, moving a text or a button to a different part of the page.

Really like this idea, especially the way you focused on helping musicians connect locally. The problem is very real and the intent behind it feels genuine.

Thank you so much for your thoughts. I'm glad you like it. I realize there isn't an app like this for musicians and music lovers, and I wanted to design.
I reviewed your project and I think you've designed a useful application. A useful app that focuses on the problems of those who want to travel.
