I used to think growth was a place you get to.
You hit a certain point, and then you're there. You can stop. You made it.
Turns out it doesn't work like that. Even growth has to be maintained. The moment you stop tending it, it quietly starts slipping.
So what changed for me was pretty simple. Bring real value to every client, every time, and give the work everything I've got. Not once. Every time.
When I do that, clients trust me more. They stay longer. They send people like them. The money follows, and I've learned to treat it as the bonus.
And the experts I work with? There's nothing wrong with them. They're good at what they do, often really good.
Most of them just never had someone they could trust to build the system around that, and keep it working after.
Clean systems help good experts reach more people.

In 2024, a tribunal in Canada ruled on a case that every business using AI should know about.
A man asked Air Canada's website chatbot about bereavement fares after his grandmother died. The chatbot told him he could book now and apply for the discount afterwards. That wasn't the airline's actual policy. When he asked for the refund, Air Canada argued the chatbot was responsible for its own words.
The tribunal disagreed. The company owned what its tool said, and it had to pay.
I think about this case whenever someone shows me an AI-written sales page or strategy doc that sounds very sure of itself. AI is built to sound confident. Confidence and correctness are two different things, and when they split, the business is the one on the hook.
Use AI to draft. Just make sure someone who understands your offer, your policies, and your buyer reads it before it reaches a customer.
Your name is on it either way.
What happens when one website has to talk to two different people?
A client of ours teaches two audiences at once: expecting mothers who want a calm pregnancy, and women who want to become doulas. One brand, one site, two very different reasons to visit.
The usual fix is a hero that speaks to "everyone" and lands with no one. We designed it as a fork in the road instead:
1. Two doors in the hero. "I'm pregnant" and "I'm training to be a doula", side by side, equal weight. The visitor picks a path in one click, and the headline above them stays about the shared value.
2. One voice, two tones. The mothers' path is softer: fewer words, more room, gentle photos. The doula path is more structured: modules, certification, dates. Same fonts, same colors, different rhythm.
One proof section, split in two. Testimonials from mothers on the left, from doulas on the right. Each visitor sees people like them before the price.
Writing for everyone is writing for no one. Give each reader a door.

Kajabi Wellness Education Platform Development
Developed a Kajabi-based wellness education platform for Nilda that combined online learning, CRM integrations, and a structured course ecosystem. The project focused on creating an intuitive educational experience, streamlining user journeys, and supporting long-term engagement through scalable platform architecture and conversion-focused design.
The Kajabi-to-CRM handoff is a useful part of this build to unpack. I’d check that a learner who purchases stops receiving prospect follow-ups and gets the right access message, including when the same email already exists in the CRM. Which system owns that customer-status change here?
