Neither, I don't any of these on my phone. More of a personal preference though... No offense on ppl who use any of these...
Productivity would be great! I personally have both, but also have them disabled from 7:30am-4:30pm daily excl weekends.

yesss, i love it cause my attention is solid on YouTube, short form makes my brain spiral from overload of different topics.
TikTok is better than IG for me personally, only cause it's real, like no one makes their videos polished and perfect
