Meridian, Finding the Exact Point on the Map For this challenge, I created Meridian, a single-origin coffee brand built around one idea: your coffee isn't from "somewhere," it's from somewhere specific.
I kept noticing how most coffee brands sell a mood cozy, energizing, artisanal but rarely the actual place the beans came from. I wanted to design a brand where the coordinates weren't a footnote on the bag, but the whole story Creative Direction I started with the identity itself: a wordmark and mark built around a single motif, a thin latitude line and a coordinate dot instead of anything literal like a coffee cup or a bean. Every decision after that, from the logo to the packaging to the ad, was tested against one question: does this still feel like a coordinate, or does it start looking like a postcard? Using Envato Envato was the toolkit behind the whole build.
・GraphicsGen for the logo marks and identity exploration ・ImageGen for product renders cups, packaging, storefront, and website mockups ・VideoGen for the promo sequence Figma to assemble the final system and clean up what AI couldn't finish Human by Design
The logo took the most rounds. The first AI-generated concepts were technically clean but felt corporate nothing like a farm-to-cup story. I kept pushing the prompts and rejecting outputs until I landed on something more restrained: one line, one dot, nothing decorative.
That same instinct shaped everything after it. For the packaging, storefront, and website, my first results kept drifting toward generic "travel brochure" coffee-brand cliché postcard maps, tourist imagery, anything decorative for its own sake. I kept steering away from that, regenerating and comparing until what came out actually matched the muted, provenance-first feeling Meridian was supposed to have, not just "a nice coffee brand."
None of those calls came from a single prompt. They came from knowing what Meridian was supposed to feel like, and rejecting anything however polished that didn't feel like it. Created using Envato Tools used: GraphicsGen, ImageGen, VideoGen
I didn't want a coffee brand that told you how it makes you feel. I wanted one that told you exactly where it's from.
