PROBLEM
A small business owner receives many customer enquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram but struggles to respond quickly, leading to missed follow-ups, delayed replies, and loss of potential customers.
SOLUTION
To solve this problem, I designed a Multi-Channel Lead Automation System using n8n. The workflow starts with a webhook that captures enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, or website forms. The lead is stored in Google Sheets for record keeping. A Gmail email is sent to the customer instantly, followed by an SMS via Twilio. A Telegram notification is also sent to the business owner with full lead details. This ensures fast responses, better follow-up, and improved customer management.
