I built an AI voice agent that handles bookings, reschedules, and cancellations — fully automated.

I built Jade — an AI voice agent that handles the entire booking flow automatically,
24/7, without a human on the phone.
Here's what it does on a live call:
✅ Checks real-time calendar availability and responds to the caller
✅ Books the appointment — creates the calendar event + logs to Google Sheets instantly
✅ Reschedules existing bookings — finds the event, updates it, confirms with the caller
✅ Cancels appointments — removes the event, logs the cancellation, responds gracefully
✅ Handles edge cases — fallback logic for anything unexpected
Stack: ElevenLabs (voice AI) + n8n (automation backbone) + Google Calendar + Google Sheets
The caller never knows it's an AI. The business owner never has to touch the phone.
This is a production build — not a demo. It's live and handling real calls.
