Just published this B2B SaaS revamp case study ✨
This project reminded me how challenging it can be to design workflow-heavy products well. The platform had complex flows, dense information, and many decision-making moments throughout the experience.
A big part of my process was simplifying workflows and improving clarity without oversimplifying the product itself. Small UX decisions ended up making a huge difference in how cohesive and intuitive the experience felt overall.
Really happy to see the redesign receive positive feedback from both the team and clients 🎉
