Invoice Automation (Worksuite ↔ QuickBooks)
The finance team was manually recreating every vendor bill from Worksuite into QuickBooks — a slow, duplicated process that delayed payments and frustrated accounting staff.
I built an automation that detects new bills in Worksuite, checks whether the vendor exists in QuickBooks (and creates them if not), logs the bill, and posts an instant Slack notification to the finance channel.
Outcome: Invoice processing time reduced from hours to seconds. Finance team gets real-time visibility without ever opening QuickBooks manually.
