ERP-to-Platform Daily Project Sync
An enterprise team was manually creating projects in their work management platform from ERP jobs every day — cross-checking for duplicates and entering data one by one, at high volume.
I built a Make.com (http://Make.com) automation that runs daily at 9:00 AM, calls the Deltek Maconomy API, validates each job, skips duplicates, creates the project, and emails a full activity log to both the client and internal team as proof of completion.

Closed Won → Cross-Team Notification & Asset Creation
When a deal closed in Salesforce, five different teams needed to be notified and begin work — but the handoff was entirely manual. Things fell through the cracks, kickoffs were delayed, and no one had a single source of truth.
I built a multi-system automation that triggers the moment a deal moves to "Closed Won": Slack alerts go to the right channels, assets are created in Google Drive, projects spin up in Jira, and tickets are logged in Freshdesk — simultaneously.

Invoice Automation (Worksuite ↔ QuickBooks)
The finance team was manually recreating every vendor bill from Worksuite into QuickBooks — a slow, duplicated process that delayed payments and frustrated accounting staff.
I built an automation that detects new bills in Worksuite, checks whether the vendor exists in QuickBooks (and creates them if not), logs the bill, and posts an instant Slack notification to the finance channel.

Daily Job-to-Project Sync
A large enterprise client was manually transferring job data into Worksuite every day — a tedious, error-prone process that led to duplicate records and missed projects.
I built a fully automated daily sync that pulls new jobs, validates required fields, checks for duplicates, creates the projects in Worksuite, and emails a clean activity log to the ops team — all without human intervention.
