I wanted to see what an agency website could feel like if Arabic came first.
A lot of Arabic websites start with an LTR design and adapt it for RTL later.
That often works technically, but the result can feel like an adaptation rather than something designed for Arabic from the beginning.
So I decided to build Nawa نواة.
It started as a self-initiated project: an Arabic-first Framer template for strategy, branding, and digital design studios working across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
I designed the entire experience around RTL from the first screen — from navigation and typography to spacing, hierarchy, and content flow.
Along the way, I built a complete agency structure with:
→ Positioning and featured work
→ Strategy, branding, digital, development, marketing & AI services
→ Process and testimonials
→ Insights and case studies
→ Flexible sections agencies can make their own
The biggest goal wasn't simply to make an Arabic version of an existing template.
It was to make Arabic feel native to the design.
Nawa is now live as a Framer template — a starting point for agencies that want a polished Arabic presence without building everything from scratch.
This was a self-initiated project, but it pushed me to think much more deeply about how RTL design should work beyond simply flipping a layout.

Tough choice my friend....I like option A since it has overall harmony between the background and foreground...so overall, A is very nice....option be has a very amazing zoom motion which is also great....However, Option A is my choice.
