This is a barber shop that's been around for years. But it never had a real brand. The owner's renovating the whole place, turning it into an old-vintage studio. I built a mood board, pulled references, found the tone. I started rough, just shapes and letterforms that felt old and established. A few concepts came close, but one direction had that classic barber-shop. I took that one into the computer and started refining it into an actual mark. Here's the final result. From a shop with no real identity, to a full old-vintage brand that matches the renovation. New logo, new colors, new feel, everything tells the same story now.
