Built Operations Across 17+ Medical Centres From the Ground Up

As Consulting COO for Oneness Health Centre, I transformed a single medical clinic into three fully operational brick-and-mortar locations plus 13+ hotel resort nurses stations across Jamaica. I handled everything — full procurement of construction materials, furniture, equipment and signage, space layout design, branding, and turnkey buildout. I implemented HIPAA-compliant data systems, Homebase time-tracking across all locations, and built a complete HR infrastructure including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and terminations. I also managed social media, approved all artwork, coordinated website photoshoots, and created the entire operational documentation suite used across every location.
