Description:
Through Bridge Interior Design and across all my operational roles, I have managed the full design, procurement, and buildout of 17+ commercial properties including medical offices, resort nurses stations, and commercial spaces across Jamaica. My scope covers everything from initial space planning and layout design through to tile selection, furniture procurement, frosting, branding, signage, and final handover as a fully operational environment. I coordinate all contractors, vendors, and suppliers simultaneously across projects and deliver spaces that are functional, branded, and ready for immediate use. Clients include Oneness Health Centre, Zimmer & Company, and Northwest Construction 360.

Title: Secured Sandals Resorts Partnership & Expanded Distribution Across 5 Caribbean Countries
Description:
At Tesori Ltd I led operations and sales development that secured a strategic retail partnership with Sandals Resorts International, placing Island Trinketz jewelry products across all Sandals gift shops island-wide. I then expanded distribution across Jamaica, Antigua, Saint Lucia, the Bahamas, and Turks & Caicos. I built inventory management systems, created sales training manuals for field teams, designed and coordinated international trade show booths in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando, and supported multiple product line launches. This role combined operations, sales strategy, team training, and Caribbean market expansion.

As VP then COO of Zimmer & Company, I helped grow a pharmaceutical distribution business from a single client to over 1,000 pharmacies, hospitals, doctors, and medical institutions across Jamaica, Trinidad, Bahamas, and beyond. I built all sales systems, compliance frameworks, inventory processes, and logistics workflows. I managed hybrid and remote teams, negotiated contracts with manufacturers, hosted 24+ radio segments as a brand education initiative, represented the company in international televised media, and planned conferences and expos regionally. When COVID hit I led a full business pivot from CBD distribution to PPE , maintaining complete operational continuity without losing a single client.

Built Operations Across 17+ Medical Centres From the Ground Up
As Consulting COO for Oneness Health Centre, I transformed a single medical clinic into three fully operational brick-and-mortar locations plus 13+ hotel resort nurses stations across Jamaica. I handled everything — full procurement of construction materials, furniture, equipment and signage, space layout design, branding, and turnkey buildout. I implemented HIPAA-compliant data systems, Homebase time-tracking across all locations, and built a complete HR infrastructure including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and terminations. I also managed social media, approved all artwork, coordinated website photoshoots, and created the entire operational documentation suite used across every location.
