I spotted a big friction point in the original onboarding flow of this Fitness app,
noticed that they have over 10 onboarding screens before you could even start!
So, I redesigned it down to just 3. Now users can just easily sign up, select their gender and their core goal quickly, and jump right into training,
They can adjust any details later in their profile.

My focus was elevating user experience using only Omma. After 90+ versions, Design.ID came to life.
