As the AI models are becoming more capable they are helping average users do their tasks effectively. This isn't a shocker and is a natural progression but the more capable they are becoming they are also bringing down the barriers of entry to different disciplines. They are helping millions of newcomers to create websites, digital products, and tons of services which previously required spending a couple weeks or months just to get a hang of things. It sounds like democratization and to some extent it is but sometimes it can feel dishonest to the OGs/Seasoned artists of a certain domain that AI is robbing them of clients when it floods the market with these folks who can just prompt stuff and get paid in spite of average results and unoriginal work. They have a genuine point but disruptions are part of the game. They have adapted and in some cases embraced AI. However, the people who rely heavily or entirely on AI are going to be in a tough spot as these models get more and more capable. The simple point I wish to make is that if these newcomers/disruptors did not learn the skills in a traditional manner or at least kept the learning loop strong then they won't be able to survive because the size of the pie is becoming smaller with each passing day. A domain expert with their unique vocabulary and years of experience is impossible to be competed against even if you buy the most expensive subscription or try any hack that there is. It is a collaborative process and if the human part of the job is weak or inexperienced or even unwilling to grow and learn fast then it will be soon be over. So, use AI but also respect the domain and learn it thoroughly with hands on and play your part in the collaborative process. Relying on Fable 5 or GPT 5.6 Sol entirely will only lead to token/limit wastage.
