PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION FOR MY BRAND DIRK DOE
As part of building my own clothing brand, I developed multiple products from the ground up, taking them from initial concept to final release.
My role included product research, concept development, design, fabric and fit decisions, sample revisions, visual presentation, launch planning, and product positioning within the brand.
The products shown below were designed, developed, and launched as part of my brand. Beyond creating the products themselves, I was responsible for packaging them into a complete brand experience through creative direction, content, and marketing.
These releases contributed to building a loyal audience, generating consistent sales, and strengthening the overall identity of the brand.

Over the years I’ve designed websites, mobile applications, and digital products across multiple industries, helping businesses transform complex ideas into clear and intuitive user experiences.
What I enjoy most is finding clarity inside complexity. Sometimes that means redesigning a user flow. Sometimes it means creating a design system. Sometimes it means helping a business understand what problem they’re actually trying to solve.
Lately I’ve also been exploring how AI can improve the design process—not to replace creativity, but to spend less time on repetitive work and more time on thinking, strategy, and user experience.

New project: a complete packaging line for Carfidant's three-stage Polishing Compounds.
The core challenge: the products had to read as one cohesive family while staying instantly distinguishable – because grabbing the wrong compound means under-correcting or damaging the clear coat.
The solution was a shared design system paired with a functional color logic that maps to each compound's aggressiveness, warm to cool:
🔴 Heavy Cut (red) — maximum cutting power
💗 Medium Cut (pink) — the transitional stage
🔵 Final Polish (blue) — gentle, high-gloss finishing
The result: a line where structure creates unity and color creates clarity.
