Udemy’s values are a foundation for how the company thinks, learns, and grows, but values only matter if people can feel them in practice. Our work focused on creating a creative system that could translate Udemy’s values into everyday internal experiences. Through strategic visual exploration and system thinking, we helped shape a flexible identity that supports storytelling, recognition, and consistency across the organisation.
