Snagged real buying intent leads from Reddit
I finally stopped the endless Reddit scroll by wiring n8n to the Reddit API, feeding each post into Groq’s AI for purchase‑intent scoring, then de‑duplicating and logging the winners in Google Sheets. The Telegram node shoots me a quick alert for every qualified lead. It feels oddly satisfying to watch the workflow run in parallel across three subreddit groups and know I’m not missing a single hot prospect. All of this runs on a modest n8n instance, no extra servers needed.

Auto‑posted my portfolio projects daily
I was sick of the daily copy‑paste marathon – opening the spreadsheet, drafting a caption, then hopping between four APIs. With n8n I wired Google Sheets as the source, let Groq generate the text, and used the LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Threads nodes to push the image everywhere. The workflow also flips a “published” flag back in the sheet. Roughly 20 minutes saved per project, and I finally trust the process to run on its own.

Picture a consultant who takes 8 sales calls a week.
After each one comes the same routine: replay the recording, write notes, update the pipeline sheet, write the follow-up email. Call it 30 minutes a call. That is 4 hours a week, and on busy days the follow-up slips to tomorrow.
I built an n8n workflow that takes that routine away:
→ Fireflies records and transcribes the call
→ As soon as the transcript is ready, AI writes a summary, the open questions, the next step and whether the prospect is ready to go ahead
→ A follow-up email that fits that outcome is saved in Gmail drafts, addressed to the person on the call
→ The call is logged in Google Sheets and the notes land in your inbox
Nothing is sent automatically. You read the draft, change a line if you want, and press send.
For that consultant, 4 hours of admin a week turns into a few minutes of reading, and every prospect hears back the same day.
