Upgraded my desk from one 49-inch ultrawide to two Studio Displays.
Some days I spend 14 hours here, so I’m calling this an ergonomic decision.
In Poland we say “more equipment than talent.”
English has “all the gear, no idea.”
Both feel accurate.
The setup feels great, though.

14 hours a day buys you the right to that setup no matter what the Polish saying claims. Now that you've made the swap, does the productivity actually feel different with two screens, or is it mostly just nicer to look at?
It's both. Of course the retina display is a delight to look at, and the brightness is what I was missing. But the biggest improvement is having a single monitor as my workspace and a side screen for all the secondary windows. On the widescreen it was distracting.
Congrats on the upgrade! If I were in your place, my neck would hurt either way. 😂

Color Changes Everything
Sometimes, all it takes is a change in color – and the exact same design can feel completely different.
The light version, with soft pink tones and natural textures, feels fresh, light, and airy. It creates a sense of calm, natural beauty, and a closer connection to nature.
The dark version tells a completely different story. A black background immediately adds depth, character, and a sense of luxury. The design becomes more expressive and even slightly dramatic.
So, which version speaks to you more – light and airy or dark and luxurious?
