The problem Landlords and small property managers often run their portfolio on scattered spreadsheets, notes and chat messages. Rent dates get missed, balances are unclear, and maintenance requests slip through.

The solution Estate Atelier is a single-file CRM that opens in any browser and works fully offline. I designed and built the interface and the logic to give property owners one organised workspace, with a calm, editorial look instead of a cluttered admin panel.

What it includes

Portfolio: properties, units, occupancy and vacancies

Tenants and rent: tenants, leases, a lease expiration center, move-ins and move-outs, security deposits, rent schedule, payments, tenant balances and adjustments

Maintenance: requests, work orders, repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, vendors, services and turnovers

Finance: income, expenses, utilities, taxes, insurance, loans and cash flow by property

Workspace: tasks, reminders, documents, notes and a built-in quick guide

Dashboard and calendar: an overview of occupancy, rent received, net cash flow and open maintenance, plus a calendar for key dates

Reports and a property filter plus month selector to focus on one building or period
