More information doesn’t always make the product clearer.
Usually it does the opposite.

The restraint here is spot on: showing the product story without animating every feature makes the motion feel much easier to follow.

The restraint point applies beyond motion too, most onboarding flows fail for the same reason, someone decided every feature deserved its own tooltip.

Deciding what not to animate is such an underrated skill, most reels lean the opposite way and try to prove they can animate everything. When a client pushes back and wants more shown on screen, how do you make the case for restraint without it sounding like you're just cutting corners?
