monday.com Workflow Management

I participated in a timed workflow challenge where I built and managed a fully structured project tracker on monday.com. The board included key columns for Item Name, Status, Timeline, Priority, Source, and Reference Links, all customized for real-time task tracking. I organized tasks by priority (High, Medium, Low), monitored progress across statuses (Done, In Progress, Stuck), and ensured each item was linked to its source (Instagram, WhatsApp, Website, etc.) for full transparency. This project demonstrated my ability to quickly build functional, visually clear project management systems under pressure.
