I turned a clinical reasoning problem into a one-page visual reset. In this fictional teaching case, a previous diagnosis becomes the shortcut. The patient says, “This is different from my usual,” and that sentence becomes the signal to reopen the case.
The visual asks five questions before calling a new episode “the usual”:
• Same
• New
• Fit
• Risk
• Next
I built it for medical education and patient-safety conversations: quick to scan, useful in a teaching session, and careful enough not to reduce clinical reasoning to a checklist.

Everything is getting faster.
We can create a logo in minutes.
Write an article in seconds.
Generate an image with a simple sentence.
Build a presentation without opening PowerPoint.
Amazing, right? Yes.
But there's a small problem.
Fast doesn't always mean good.
