Amazon PPC Growth Case Study | Health & Wellness Brand
My role: Amazon PPC & Brand Manager
Project description:
Scaled an Amazon supplement brand from $41K/month to $74K+/month in PPC-attributed sales (+81%), while increasing monthly orders from 904 to 2,977 (+229%). Rebuilt campaign structure, expanded keyword coverage, optimized bidding strategy, and improved budget allocation across top-performing products. Managed $369K+ ad spend, generating $920K+ attributed revenue and 19,142 orders. Successfully transformed the account into a scalable growth engine while maintaining sustainable advertising performance.

Over a two-week sprint, I helped extend Charles & Charlotte into Charles & Charlotte Consulting (C&C&C)—a new venture focused on strategy and consulting.
The work included:
• Brand strategy & discovery
• Visual identity system
• Brand guidelines & toolkit
• Brand OS visuals and launch materials
The goal wasn’t to reinvent the parent brand, but to evolve it into something more strategic, mature, and scalable.
Always fun working at the intersection of strategy, systems, and visual storytelling.
