Joined the founding team to help build AcademiaHub Africa, a platform connecting students, researchers, and educators across Africa.
As a Frontend Engineer, I collaborated closely with the product and backend teams to build responsive, production-ready user interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. I translated product requirements into intuitive user experiences while integrating with REST APIs developed by the backend team.
Contributed to the successful launch and growth of the platform, which currently serves 500+ registered users with 480+ active users. Responsibilities
Developed responsive interfaces with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
Consumed and integrated REST APIs from a Node.js backend.
Built reusable UI components to improve development consistency.
Collaborated with the founding team to shape product features and user experience.
