For this hiring design I wanted to move away from corporate and go straight for the heart. The headline says it all, A Simple Smile Can Mean Everything, and the visual tells the real story of what it means to be a Direct Support Professional.
I focused on genuine joy, warm colors and a bold but friendly layout that stops the scroll and creates an emotional connection. The goal was to make applicants feel the purpose before they even read the job description. The added call to action with the QR code makes it easy to convert interest into application.

Primetube - Visual Identity for a Video Streaming Platform
When I started on Primetube, the brief was simple but sharp: this is a platform for real videos that pull users in — the brand needed to say that before a single word was read.
So I built the mark around one idea — merge the "P" with a play button. It's a small piece of visual logic, but it's the kind of detail that makes a logo feel inevitable once you see it, and forgettable if you don't nail it.
The P-plus-play merge is a crowded corner of the map - half the streaming apps on a phone have some play triangle folded into a letter - so the thing that actually separates Primetube here is the app icon, where the cut-through counter gives it a shape the others don't have. If...
