A premium real estate brand concept created for MONARCH PROPERTIES, combining institutional sophistication with a modern luxury property aesthetic.
The project features a deep navy and gold visual identity, architectural-inspired logo, refined typography, luxury property photography, and a promotional flyer designed to communicate trust, prestige, and exceptional value.
Every element was carefully developed to position Monarch as an established, high-end property group with a visual presence suited for luxury listings, investment properties, brochures, social media, and corporate communications.

Koko Kitchen is a bold, character-driven brand identity designed for a Japanese fusion kitchen that serves ramen, artisan cookies, and everything in between with the warmth and personality of a neighborhood spot that actually remembers your order.
The goal was to build a brand that feels as good to look at as the food feels to eat. Deep terracotta orange, a hand-drawn cat chef mascot, and confident wordmark typography that works equally well on a storefront sign at night and a delivery bag at noon.
Special attention was given to:
- A cat chef mascot that carries personality across every touchpoint
- A-frame signage leading with "Made with Love. Served with Joy"
- Premium cookie gift box with Miso Caramel and Matcha White Choc. flavour sleeves
- Staff aprons that make the team part of the brand
- A delivery bag that turns every rider into a moving billboard
- Backlit corner signage that owns the block after dark
The result is a restaurant brand that's warm, memorable, and built to travel from the kitchen counter to the customer's door

A cinematic AI commercial concept inspired by the quiet ritual and craftsmanship behind premium Japanese tea.
The goal was to create something that feels less like a traditional product ad and more like a sensory brand film — moving from mist-covered tea fields and freshly picked leaves to the precision of a Japanese tea ritual and the final pour.
I focused on atmosphere, tactile details, natural movement, soft light, and restrained luxury to make every frame feel calm, intentional, and premium.
