Apotelesma: End-to-End SaaS Web Application
Apotelesma is a browser-based SaaS application designed for professional astrologers and advanced students of traditional astrology. The goal of the project was to replace fragmented desktop tools and manual workflows with a single, modern platform that supports advanced chart analysis through an intuitive and responsive web interface.
I designed and developed the application from concept to production, taking responsibility for every stage of the project. This included product planning, UX/UI design, front-end development, back-end integration, authentication, database architecture, deployment, and ongoing feature development. The project required balancing a complex domain with an interface that remains approachable and efficient for everyday use.
One of the biggest challenges was translating highly specialized astrological techniques into a structured digital workflow. The platform includes client management, natal chart analysis, annual profections, solar returns, transits, primary directions, zodiacal distributions, traditional dignities, investigations, and note-taking tools. Rather than presenting isolated calculations, the application guides users through an organised analysis process, allowing them to collect evidence, record observations, and build complete chart interpretations within the same workspace.
From a technical perspective, the application combines a React and TypeScript front end with Supabase for authentication, database management, and cloud services. Throughout development I used AI-assisted workflows with Lovable, Claude, and ChatGPT to accelerate implementation while retaining full responsibility for the architecture, product direction, feature design, testing, and validation. Developing the calculation engine also required extensive research and validation against historical sources and established astrology software to ensure mathematical accuracy.
Apotelesma continues to evolve through ongoing development and user feedback, with new features and workflow improvements being added on a regular basis. The project demonstrates my ability to take a technically demanding idea from initial concept to a fully deployed SaaS application while managing both the product vision and the engineering behind it.

How do you keep a brand's promise of calm intact once real users start clicking through checkout?
Mudita builds minimalist devices around one idea: technology that harmonizes with your life instead of competing for your attention. The brandbook lays that promise out in detail - tone, restraint, what the brand should never feel like. My job was carrying that same discipline into the product itself.
I worked across the checkout flow, the storefront and category browsing, and the product page above the fold - three surfaces where small frictions had quietly built up against the brand's own case for calm. The brandbook gave the rules. The UI work was making sure those rules survived contact with a real cart and a real user.
For the case study visuals, I used AI for the first time to produce product footage 🤖 - wind moving through a scene, an object drifting in place. Higgsfield was genuinely a good way to learn that workflow fast.
