The soft glow brings out the glass effect in the FX on giving it a classic look
In my opinion, glow especially if it is excessive feels like "10 dollar template" so my answer is going to be fx off.
fx on. the subtle glow adds depth without distracting from the content.
on makes the work really have a premium, elevated feel!

He's a very friendly robot who feels like a companion and will accompany you as you learn and get introduced to the world of code.
Vovy is one of those characters you see and want for yourself.
Friendly, patient, and fun.
My process always starts with a sketch.
Node connections + bones and shapes in Feather, clip + draw order is the combination to achieve volume and a faster animation flow.
Adding to this is the use of solos for a better combination of facial expressions.
The animation loops are supported by small animations (breakdowns) to enrich the transitions from one state to another.
Playing with this character and his rigging was a lot of fun.
If you see him around, go up to him and say, "Hello, Vovy!"
