Your customer isn't ignoring your product. Your copy is giving them nothing to care about.
Here's what the brand says:
«“Top-grade quality fabric. Available in all sizes. DM for price.”»
Here's what the customer hears:
«“How much is it?”
“Will it look like the picture?”
“Will my size fit?”
“Will it arrive on time?”
“Why do I have to DM just to find out the price?”»
That's where many businesses lose the sale.
The seller is thinking about the product.
The buyer is thinking about themselves.
You see the fabric, colour and quality.
They see an event, a mirror, and one question:
“Will I feel good wearing this?”
And “DM to order” can add another problem.
If they have to ask for the price, size, delivery details, or proof that they can trust you, you've made buying harder than it needs to be.
You don't need a long caption to fix it.
Just change the focus.
Instead of:
«“Quality fabric. DM for price.”»
Try:
«“The dress for the event you've been wondering what to wear to. Sizes 8–16. $85. Fast, tracked delivery.”»
Same dress.
Same seller.
Different message.
Now the customer knows what it's for, what it costs, and what happens next.
Your product is what you're selling.
The feeling and confidence behind it are what people are buying.
Go look at your last product post.
Did you describe what you sell—or give people a reason to choose it?
Because great copy doesn't just create desire.
It removes doubt.
