I designed and implemented an end-to-end workflow automation that transforms raw call data into structured, actionable reports for weekly operations.
The system starts with raw CSV data exported from the phone provider and automatically processes it through an n8n workflow. The data is cleaned, structured, and injected into a pre-formatted Google Sheets template that calculates key performance metrics at both company and agent levels.
Using built-in formulas and structured tabs, the system generates:
company-wide performance metrics
agent-level breakdowns
inbound/outbound analysis
call outcomes and efficiency indicators
dynamic charts and visual summaries
Once the data is processed, the workflow automatically:
exports the relevant report views as PDFs
uploads them to Google Drive with organized naming (by date/report type)
sends the reports via email to the Customer Service Manager for weekly meetings
This solution eliminated manual data processing, reduced reporting time from hours to minutes, and ensured consistent, accurate reporting across the team.
The workflow is designed to be fully scalable and ready for full automation once the data source is integrated directly (removing the need for manual CSV downloads).
